Specification
The Integrated Composite Insulator is made using high-strength fiberglass core rods and silicone rubber sheds through a one-piece molding process. It offers excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and superior weather resistance. Its monolithic structure eliminates the risks of loosening and flashover commonly found in multi-piece porcelain insulators. It is widely used in overhead transmission lines, high-voltage switchgear, and railway electrification systems, especially in heavily polluted, humid, or high-altitude environments.
